Financial Transactions Coordinator

As a Financial Transactions Coordinator at Wade Macdonald, you will be responsible for managing high volumes of finance transactions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to process invoices accurately.
Key Responsibilities- Invoice Processing: Check invoice details such as PO numbers and VAT to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Supplier Query Resolution: Resolve issues with suppliers through communication and shared mailboxes.
- Vendor Account Management: Set up and update vendor accounts, handle credit notes, and detect duplicate invoices.
- Reconciliation: Regularly match supplier statements to maintain accurate records.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a busy finance environment with a high volume of transactions. Proficiency in Excel is necessary, especially intermediate functions. The ability to spot errors and communicate effectively with different teams is essential.
