About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism and moderate to profound learning disabilities to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A proactive individual with a background in childcare, education, or healthcare.
  • Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is not afraid to get involved.
  • A compassionate team player with excellent communication skills.
  • An understanding of autism and learning disabilities is a plus, but your enthusiasm and initiative are what matter most.
