Location: Hybrid, Office-based in Central London at our Regent Street HQ and on the road meeting key clients.

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Advertising Sales Director to lead revenue growth for one of our flagship titles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day control of the magazine and will have the autonomy to meet sales targets, introduce ground-breaking revenue strategies, and ensure optimal yields to maximize group profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and editorial teams to develop high-impact promotional campaigns that showcase the magazine's value proposition.
  • Oversee production details and ensure timely delivery of advertisement copy.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, publishing, or media sales.
  • Proven track record of sales success and target achievement.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with production processes and advertising best practices.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital advertising systems, trends, and strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a science-based field.
