About This Role:

As an Order Processing Coordinator with our company, you will be responsible for supporting the HBS team in raising orders and coordinating the order processing function.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers to ensure their orders meet all requirements.
  • Track and record relevant KPIs to monitor individual and team performance.
  • Work with the team to complete and review Performance Development Plans.

You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and some experience of managing a small team would be beneficial.
