About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit Administrator to join our team at Booker Limited. As a key member of our Credit Control team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit management processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • To ensure all customer application packs are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Process new account applications in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with Operations
  • Conduct thorough credit checks on new and existing credit applications or increases to credit
  • Ensure all changes to credit limits are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SLAs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Verify the accuracy of welcome letters before sending
  • Ensure all customer applications are handled in a timely and efficient manner
  • Verify that all credit limit increases have relevant Know Your Customer (KYC) packs in place
  • Ensure all work is auditable and accountable
