Overview

Moody's, a global leader in risk assessment, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Associate Director to join our Insurance Advisory services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage the capabilities of the Intelligent Risk Platform to redesign clients' insurance analytics workflows, making them smarter, more efficient, and insightful.
  • Help clients understand and work with HD and climate change adjusted models, and implement new accumulation scenarios for non-modeled risks.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions with their strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with the product development team to provide insights from clients that can inform future improvements and innovations in Moody's solutions.
Qualifications
  • Insurance industry experience is vital for this role.
  • 8 years or more working at re/insurers or brokers in exposure and catastrophe risk management.
  • Proven experience leading the design, improvement, and implementation of better workflows and smarter insurance analytics.
  • Experience leading projects or directing the activities of more junior colleagues.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including C-level.
