Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Benefits Manager to lead our EMEA Benefits Team in London. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for managing the European benefit offer and wellbeing programmes across continental Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Strategy and Planning: Develop, implement, administer, and communicate EMEA benefit programs, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company objectives.
- Vendor Management: Manage benefit plan vendors and third-party providers to ensure optimal service delivery at the most efficient cost for employees and the company.
- Reporting and Analysis: Oversee and participate in the preparation of all reporting, track benefits spend, and analyse trends to inform annual budgeting.
- Team Leadership: Lead the team on all facets of annual benefits open enrolment process and develop an overall benefits communication strategy.
- Wellbeing Strategy: Administer and maintain an effective wellness strategy for the company through programs and initiatives intended to benefit the health and well-being of employees.
Requirements:
- Extensive Benefits Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits management, preferably in a self-insured funding model for health and welfare plans.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven success in coaching, developing, and leading a team, with excellent customer/employee and vendor relations skills.
- Communication and Strategic Thinking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and operationalize/act tactically.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with French, Arabic, German, or any other European language being a desirable asset.
