Benefits Manager

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility of primarily working from home. However, you will be required to attend the NHSE office in Waterloo, London, for occasional team collaboration.
Job SummaryThe Benefits Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the programme delivers value across its workstreams. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and realisation of benefits across the programme, ensuring all reporting requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure clear governance is in place for benefits management, providing timely updates and reports to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align benefits management with the programme's strategic objectives.
- Provide assurance that all business cases align with strategic goals and deliver core digital capabilities.
- Master's level or equivalent qualification/experience in a related field.
- Recognised Benefits Management qualification such as APMG Managing Benefits Practitioner or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience applying a Benefits Management Framework and integrating benefits approaches into business processes.
- Band 8a salary range (£53,755 - £60,504 per annum).
- 27 days annual leave (increasing with service) plus bank holidays.
