About the Job

Succesful candidates will have a named GP Supervisor and access to peer learning and developmental opportunities. The role involves delivering programmes of supported patient self-management, facilitating behavioural change and optimising individuals' physical activity and mobility.

Requirements
  • BSc/Grad Dip in Physiotherapy is required, along with CPD pertaining to Primary Care and MSK management.
  • Clinical experience of triage and care planning is essential, as well as knowledge of other specialities common with pain (Rheumatology, Vascular, Endocrinology etc).
  • Deliver programmes of supported patient self-management, facilitating behavioural change and optimising individuals' physical activity and mobility.
Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities and a flexible working environment.
