Job Title: Cardiographer

Spire Healthcare is seeking a skilled Cardiographer to join our team at Spire Shawfair Park Hospital. As a Cardiographer, you will play a vital role in providing support to Cardiac Physiologists and Cardiologists in the delivery of their Cardiology service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform basic cardiac investigations and assist with administration, stock control, and patient care within the cardiac catheter lab.
• Deliver and evaluate care to meet individual's health and well-being needs.
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information.
• Develop own knowledge and skills and those of others.
• Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
• Contribute to the Cardiology services.
• Contribute to quality improvement.
• Promote people's equality, diversity, and rights.
• Apply technology for measurement, monitoring, and treatment.
• Acknowledge the risk of Healthcare Associated Infections (HCAI) and understand own responsibility as agreed with line manager in the prevention and control of HCAI.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working in a clinical environment.
• Experience of planning work and acting under own initiative.
• Patient/customer facing experience.
• Experience of working as part of a team.
