We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling and Community Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our professional group, you will play a vital role in facilitating the development of our psychological professions staff across all areas.
The successful candidate will have a doctoral level training in clinical or counseling psychology, including models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and neuro-psychology. You will also have experience of working with service users who experience psychosis and knowledge of legislation and NICE guidance in relation to the client group and mental health.
As a Clinical/Counselling and Community Psychologist, you will be responsible for delivering specialist psychological assessment and treatment to service users who are experiencing first episode psychosis. You will also offer supervision, advice, consultation, and training to colleagues about psychological care for service users and carers.
A key part of the role will be leading on research trials which the team are collaborating with, currently involving the use of Virtual Reality. You will work closely with our Director of Therapies and Chief Psychologist to ensure the successful delivery of these trials.

Person Specification- Doctoral level training in clinical or counseling psychology
- Experience of working with service users who experience psychosis
