Job Title: Vice President of Life Sciences

We're seeking a strategic leader to join our team as the Vice President of Life Sciences. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for defining and executing strategic and operational commitments for science-related partnerships within Genomics plc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver commercial deals with life sciences companies, biobanks, and related research organisations
  • Combine operational and strategic functions to ensure the continued success of existing long-term commercial partnerships
  • Support the development of new opportunities and provide internal thought leadership on the use of genomic data in the life sciences
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts from across the industry and adjacent organisations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading the science delivery function, including line management of directors and other senior team members
  • Experience in managing scientific delivery within a commercial organisation
  • PhD in biomedical sciences or MSc with comparable experience gained within life sciences/life sciences consulting
