A Day in the Life

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior-level executives at Enterprise accounts in Wales.

• Lead high-performing account teams and implement account-level operating mechanisms to drive growth.

• Create and execute plans to deliver expected growth objectives, enhance customer experience, and add value to customers.

• Collaborate with local Operating Units, Integrated Health Solutions, and other Medtronic stakeholders to drive change and maximize opportunities in Enterprise accounts.

• Manage pricing and tender agreements, as well as account and customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Proven experience working in a regulated industry in Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharma in a multinational environment with a significant matrix component

• Extensive customer and market knowledge, ability to anticipate changes, and help address unmet customer needs

• Proven ability to develop and establish long-term strategic relationships and alliances with key internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth

• High-level communication and presentation skills
