Job Title: Scientific Project Lead

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scientific Project Lead to join our team at RBW Consulting. As an Analytical Scientist, you will be responsible for leading analytical projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest standards of quality and scientific excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organic chemistry and experience working in pharmaceutical or chemical industries. You will be skilled in developing robust methods using HPLC, GC, and other techniques, as well as having knowledge of chromatographic data systems.

You will work closely with our PR&D team to tackle analytical challenges and troubleshoot instruments, driving innovation and efficiency. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of science and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • BSc minimum in Organic Chemistry (or related subject) required; PhD is a plus
  • Proven experience in analytical science, particularly in pharmaceutical or chemical industries
  • Skilled in developing robust methods using HPLC, GC, and other techniques
  • Knowledge of chromatographic data systems
