We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team at Connells Group, one of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services providers in the UK.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, agreeing sales, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment, have outstanding customer care and customer service experience, and be resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.

You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be IT literate, and have a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
