We are seeking a skilled Capacity Planner to join our dynamic team at The Curve Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing our production capacity to meet customer demand.

As a Capacity Planner, you will analyze data, forecast needs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our operations run smoothly. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying bottlenecks and optimizing resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update schedules to support cross-departmental planning and execution.
  • Communicate schedule changes to the purchasing team to manage raw material needs.
  • Perform capacity analysis to forecast infrastructure requirements.
  • Identify and optimize resource allocation to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure effective capacity planning.
  • Manage weekly promotions for our indoor product line.
What We Need
  • Experience with SAP ERP/MRP is a plus.
  • Strong planning, resource management, and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
