We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the divisional marketing function, supporting the delivery of sales targets and managing a Marketing Executive.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Divisional Marketing function, developing and implementing best-in-class marketing strategies in line with brand and group guidelines.
- Drive the efficiency and capability of the Marketing function.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of a best-in-class strategic three-month rolling Divisional Marketing activity and launch plan in consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize market data and insight, including marketing segmentation.
- Utilize external and internal data sources to analyze, monitor, and measure the performance of all campaigns.
- Maximize website effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver first-class social media, digital, and CRM campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, as well as relevant marketing qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A track record of delivering high-quality campaigns - campaign planning, working across a range of channels (on and offline).
- Line management experience would be ideal.
- 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
- £40,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE.
- Office x 3 days a week / 2 x from home.
