Senior Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Carousel Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving our B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and managing our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Brand Management: Manage and maintain our brand identity, including brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Content Creation: Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage our target audience and drive conversions.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
