Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Description:

A highly skilled and detail-oriented individual is required to manage all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments. As a key member of the Payments team at CV-Library, you will be responsible for processing employee and subcontractor payments, statutory payments, and managing pension auto-enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process employee and subcontractor payments in an accurate and timely manner, taking into account agreed payment days and payment methods.
  • Manage statutory payments and oversee pension auto-enrolment.
  • Provide expert guidance on payroll, administration, and tax issues.
  • Support the processing of employee and subcontractor timesheets, managing client invoicing according to agency agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agency invoices and receipts, as well as employee and subcontractor payments.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Ideal Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a payroll role is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail when entering data, producing reports, and making calculations.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required.

Estimated Salary: £42,500 per annum (dependent on location)
