Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu, showcasing your culinary expertise and creativity.
  • Ensure that every dish meets our high standards of presentation, taste, and portioning, consistently delivering exceptional quality.
  • Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control, maintaining a well-organized and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy periods, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and incorporating fresh, seasonal ingredients into our offerings.
  • Adhere to food safety procedures and ensure compliance with food hygiene standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety in our kitchen.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, with a focus on maintaining a calm and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred), with a commitment to maintaining the highest level of quality and safety in our kitchen.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing kitchen demands and priorities.
  • Creativity and passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients, with a focus on delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
