Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our client's exceptional independent special school in High Wycombe. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive educational experience
Requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £93.76-£122.24 per day, depending on experience.
