About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trainee to join our Estate Agency team. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview applicants in a structured fashion, identifying needs and business opportunities.
  • Contact qualified applicants regularly, advising them of suitable properties and arranging viewing appointments.
  • Negotiate with potential purchasers, ensuring that our clients' interests are your primary concern.
  • Coordinate transactions, providing the highest standards of customer care to buyers and sellers, expediting the matter and securing future recommendations.
  • Integrate into a team environment, providing support to your colleagues and Branch Manager.
  • Introduce clients and applicants to your Mortgage Consultant.
  • Ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met.
  • Achieve sales targets as agreed with your Branch Manager.
  • Be familiar with all systems, procedures, and legislation, projecting a professional image to the public and work colleagues.
Requirements
  • A robust sales background.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, with an initial 6-month guaranteed salary of between £22,000 and £25,000 (pro-rata and very much dependent on the individual candidate). Thereafter, you will be offered a basic salary of up to £16,000, with very realistic on-target earnings of £30,000 in year 1 and rising in year 2, plus 40p per mile petrol allowance for business miles.

We cover all specialties of recruitment, including Residential Sales and Lettings, Property and Block Management, and Financial Services.
