About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Oakdene Care Home. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents, including personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance.
  • Support daily activities, such as assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a supportive and effective care environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a related role.
  • Passion for providing care for the elderly and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Values of integrity, respect, and teamwork.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • Part-time or full-time opportunities available.
  • Shift times: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM.
  • Pension scheme and 5.6 weeks of annual leave.
  • Paid DBS and onsite parking.
  • Meals provided during shift.
