Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience at a senior or middle leadership level, ideally within a secondary school setting.
  • A track record of driving school improvement and raising academic standards.
  • A deep understanding of curriculum development, teaching and learning, and assessment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead others with a clear vision and strategic thinking.
  • A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and diversity in all aspects of school life.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background.
