We currently have a vacancy for a Restaurant Supervisor at Brewers Fayre in Bedford. This key role is responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and drink. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and our Front of House team.


Absorbent and motivated individuals who can lead by example and inspire their team to deliver top-notch service are encouraged to apply. We're looking for people who can work well under pressure, think on their feet, and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment.


As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, team management, and conflict resolution. Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
  • Manage conflicts and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with training and development of new staff members

Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
