Job Description: As an Educational Specialist (Year 3), you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 students. You will assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn is also a key aspect of this role. We encourage collaboration with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies. Regular communication with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress is also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 students
  • Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress

Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is required. Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 3, is desirable. A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary. Passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students are vital qualities for this role. Ability to work effectively as part of a team is also required.
