Logistics Account Coordinator

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Equipment Delivery Specialist with exceptional customer service skills to support the safe delivery of surgical equipment to hospitals in the M4 Corridor area. This role involves working closely with the Sales/Supplier/Logistics team to ensure the smooth, on-time delivery of medical equipment in line with company standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing logistics, ensuring the right kit is in the right place at the right time, and working closely with internal supplier management teams and clinical staff at client sites. They will also ensure the accurate completion of paperwork and inventory management systems.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with Sales Team, Customer Services, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Clinical Theatre Staff to ensure timely delivery of surgical kits, managing urgent movement of Implants and Instruments Trays between hospitals, and resolving DNA issues and ensuring complete loan kits for collection.
The ideal candidate will have familiarity with inventory and supply chain processes, insight into the medical technology industry and orthopaedic market, and a full driving license with no more than 6 minor points.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary plus bonus and a small company van.
