Commercial Solicitor Opportunity at Acuity Law

Acuity Law is a forward-thinking law firm with a flexible, team-oriented approach. We're dedicated to delivering exceptional legal services to our clients, and we're seeking a talented Commercial Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Cardiff.

As a Commercial Solicitor, you'll work closely with our experienced team to handle a diverse range of commercial agreements, from joint ventures and strategic alliances to outsourcings and major contracts. Your expertise will be essential in drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring that our clients' business operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including franchise agreements, e-commerce and software as a service agreements, supply terms, and agency agreements.
  • Assisting with buying and selling businesses, and participating in business development and networking initiatives.

We're looking for a solicitor with 2+ years of PQE experience, who is technically proficient in all aspects of commercial work. You'll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong time and file management skills. If you're a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality legal services, we'd love to hear from you.
