Join Our Team as a Senior Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our team at Blake Morgan LLP. As a trusted partner to a broad range of public and private sector clients, we are looking for a skilled lawyer with a strong background in commercial work across the public and/or private sectors.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years PQE and a proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial contracts, due diligence, and client support. You will be responsible for handling your own caseload, drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, advising clients, and delivering training and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering large-scale commercial projects and contracts
  • Handling your own caseload, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
  • Advising clients on commercial matters
  • Delivering training and presentations
  • Supporting other teams with due diligence and ancillary related commercial arrangements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years PQE
  • Strong background in commercial work across the public and/or private sectors
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial contracts, due diligence, and client support
  • Ability to handle your own caseload and work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
