We are seeking a senior leader to join our team as Head of Culture and Diversity, responsible for driving our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategy and culture change initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape our organisation's form and culture, build diverse leadership, and facilitate change in a way that continues to make our Trust a great place to train and work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on the development, implementation, and monitoring of our EDI and culture change strategy, plans, and initiatives to enable delivery of our People plan and strategic vision.
  • Develop and implement plans and strategies to embed our HEART values and drive employee engagement.
  • Oversee the annual staff survey, survey results, communication plan, and the development and implementation of plans and initiatives that will meet our goals.
