Agricultural Engineer Role at Clubhouse For Kids

About the Job

Clubhouse For Kids is seeking a skilled Agricultural Engineer to join our team. As an Agricultural Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing agricultural equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on agricultural equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Parts Management: Accurately order and manage parts inventory to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaboration with Team Members: Work closely with the service supervisor and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Inspections and Repairs: Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of agricultural equipment at our depot, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and notify the appropriate manager of any defective or unsafe equipment.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience: Relevant experience and qualifications, such as City and Guild, NVQ Level 2 in Land Based Engineering or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in agricultural plant, diesel engines, electrics, hydraulics, transmissions, and fault finding using electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Computer Skills: Good computer skills, although training will be provided.
  • Driver's License: Full clean driver's license.
