Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a mainstream primary school in Brent. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with their educational journey, working closely with the school's SENCO to develop and review individualised support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom and one-on-one support to students, adapting learning materials and activities to meet their unique needs.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support their growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, whether as a tutor, nanny, or in a similar role.
  • A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach to children's needs.
  • A genuine commitment to supporting children's well-being and academic growth.
