Adeptis Group is partnering with a prominent cybersecurity consultancy to find a skilled Business Development Manager for their expanding bids team.

As part of a leading provider of secure-by-design services, you will be responsible for leading and optimising bid processes as they pursue new market opportunities in the UK and globally.

The Role:

You will oversee the entire bid management process, ensuring the creation and submission of high-quality, competitive bids. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals that are both technically robust and strategically aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end bid process, coordinating input from sales, technical, legal, and finance teams.
  • Work with business development teams to identify and assess bid opportunities, ensuring alignment with growth targets and company capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain scalable bid templates and processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Track key performance metrics, including bid success rates and process efficiency, to provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in bid management or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of the cybersecurity industry and its trends, as well as experience working in a similar environment.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a stimulating work environment.
