Job Description:
XPO Transport Solutions UK Limited is seeking a skilled Transport Operator to join our team in Stowmarket. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of daily transport plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch daily loads and routes using our Transport Management System
• Track drivers and mitigate any risks of failures, maintaining proactive communication with customers
• Debrief drivers, utilizing our Track & Trace IT solution to ensure full utilization
• Dispatch trunks and full truck loads, ensuring haulier partners are logged into our Track & Trace app
• Collaborate with the 3PL warehouse team and communicate key information to management for a seamless operation

Requirements:
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to think on your feet
• Transport Management System experience, preferably with SHARP
• Familiarity with Track & Trace to support operational decisions
• Knowledge of transport compliance and regulation
