Job Title: Community Link Worker - Women's Service

Morgan Hunt Recruitment is proud to be working with Together for Mental Wellbeing to find a skilled Community Link Worker for their Bluebird Service.

About the Role

The Bluebird Service provides support, advocacy, and advice to women in the community prior to their release from prison. As a Community Link Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling hard-to-reach women to engage and maintain an improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enable individuals to find out about and access appropriate services
  • Develop confidence in engaging with relevant services
  • Promote independence and empower individuals
  • Contribute to the management of risk for the person, including raising safeguarding concerns
Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience working with mental health and complex social care needs. You will have the ability to manage a diverse range of service users and form effective inter-agency relationships.
