Job Title: Senior Commercial Lead

Matchtech is seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Lead to join their team in London or Surrey. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of major civil engineering projects, including rail, highways, and nuclear projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and contracts, with a strong understanding of commercial performance management and financial control. You will be responsible for preparing commercial reports, managing disputes, and liaising with legal experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of major civil engineering projects

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
  • Proven commercial performance management at a senior level
  • Financial and commercial control experience on large projects
  • Proven track record in managing audits on Target Cost Contracts
  • Effective team performance management and training provision
