Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Plant Operations Engineer to manage the maintenance of our machinery and equipment, including packaging, milling, and product handling systems, as well as site facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical ability, proven experience in a manufacturing environment, and excellent problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include fault-finding on plant and mechanical systems, assisting in the installation of new plant or modifications, and reporting and recording all engineering activities into the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Requirements
An ONC/HNC in engineering is essential, along with strong IT and communication skills. Familiarity with health & safety policies and procedures is also crucial, as well as the ability to manage permits for contractors and ensure adherence to site health & safety policies at all times. Ideally, the successful candidate will have apprenticeship training and prior experience working in a similar role.
