Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supply chains effectively.
  • Prepare forecasts and participate in forecasting meetings.
  • Conduct internal contract valuations.

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, including civil, mechanical, and infrastructure works.

Essential Skills and Knowledge
  • Financial management expertise, including CVRs and financial reporting.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with contract frameworks such as NEC3, NEC4, and ECC.
  • Understanding of tendering and procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a civil engineering context.
  • Experience in dispute resolution is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Evision, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of company-based cost recording systems.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is preferred.
