Job Opportunity

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Lead Web Developer to join their creative technical digital marketing consultancy based in Bournemouth, Dorset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing back-end scripts for client websites and CRM systems, working closely with customers and clients to obtain technical requirements, and helping to lead and manage the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality web interfaces that meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment and efficient project delivery
  • Work with clients to identify technical opportunities for business growth
  • Support the development of presentations, proposals, and briefs
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a web developer
  • 3 years working in a similar role within an agency or client-side environment
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, OOP, PHP5+, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
