Lead Web Developer Opportunity

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Lead Web Developer to join their creative technical digital marketing consultancy based in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality web interfaces using a variety of programming languages, including WordPress, Shopify, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Lead and manage the development team, working closely with the department head to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify technical opportunities for business growth and develop presentations, proposals, and briefs.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a web developer.
  • 3 years working in a similar role within an agency or client-side environment.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
