Job Summary
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is a small, yet ambitious organisation with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional services to our community. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team in handling all aspects of billing and administration, taking a holistic approach to collection of monies owed to the council.
- Utilise excellent communication skills to engage with customers via phone, in person, and through written correspondence.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
