We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer in the UK. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, providing exceptional service to our students, staff, and guests.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Support the catering team in the delivery of exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the kitchen, including food preparation, storage, and disposal.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in education catering.
  • Good health and safety knowledge, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
