Executive Chef Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our team at the White Horse, a 16th-century pub located in the stunning Surrey Hills. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting our head chef in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the head chef in menu planning and preparation
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
We are looking for an existing Commis Chef, an excellent Kitchen Porter, or an individual looking for their next step in their hospitality career. You should also be an active team player with excellent communication skills and a high standard of work ethic.
