Job Title: Marketing Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Delivery department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of global marketing campaigns, including the delivery of localized offers to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of emails, notifications, and SMS to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Manage schedules, set up offers, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the night shift.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to coordinate the delivery of content for multi-faceted marketing campaigns.
  • Screen content before it is sent to customers, ensuring it meets CRM requirements and achieves the desired purpose.
  • Work with management to continuously improve and develop departmental standards in line with regulatory and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in marketing-based roles is advantageous.

Working Hours:

The night shift follows a 7 on/7 off pattern, with working weeks running from Monday to Sunday followed by a full week of 7 nights off. Typical shifts may start at 19:30 and finish at 07:00.
