About the RoleWe are looking for a Counter Sales Advisor to join our Lisburn Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising sales, building good relationships with customers, and continually striving to exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Dealing with all retail and trade sales enquiries
- Identifying and assisting customers with product selection
- Cash handling and the operation of a computerised stock system
- A commitment to high standards of customer service
- Experience of working on a trade counter or customer-facing role
- Committed and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a branch team
- Knowledge or a keen interest in building materials, hardware, and timber
