Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with sales and stock control, including receiving and processing stock, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that stock is merchandised to company standards.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to company standards and procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of store products, including wine, to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
