**Job Title:** Heavy Equipment Operators
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Location:** Hengistbury Head
**About the Role:** We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team at Hengistbury Head. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, including 360 excavators, to support our construction projects.
**Responsibilities:**
* Operate heavy machinery, including 360 excavators, to excavate and move materials
* Ensure safe working practices and follow all safety protocols
* Collaborate with other site workers to achieve project goals
* Maintain equipment and report any issues to the maintenance team
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience working with heavy machinery, including 360 excavators
* CPCS or NPORS certification
* CSCS affiliation
* Previous coastal work experience
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including 6 hours on/6 hours off or 12 hour shifts
