Operations Manager

At REED SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT LTD, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the efficient running of the warehouse and organization of staffing levels to optimize loading and unloading and picking processes.
- Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company health and safety policies, and investigate accidents, including insurance claims.
- Develop and manage effective employee induction programs to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Oversee the maintenance of all capital equipment and site infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate daily scheduling of loads to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage driver HR issues, record and manage holidays and sickness, and ensure compliance with tachograph management requirements.
- Ensure the fulfillment of environmental objectives and continue to improve depot efficiencies.
