Job Title:
Human Resources Officer

Purpose Summary:
To provide a comprehensive and professional HR service to all staff. Reporting to the HR Senior Specialist, the HR Officer will help to ensure the implementation of the company's HR Strategy and to deliver exceptional first-class HR service. Our Client is looking for an individual who can provide a high level of support to the HR team and contribute to the development of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and selection of staff
• Employee relations and conflict resolution
• General administration and regulatory reporting
• Payroll and management information
• Health and safety

Person Specification:
• Ability to listen and be approachable to all staff, treating queries and staff with respect
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to demonstrate confidentiality in dealing with all issues of business, especially when handling sensitive situations and information
• Self-motivated, organised and flexible with ability to meet competing demands, managing their own workload, while delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines
• A pro-active team player with excellent attention to detail and a solution-driven mind-set

Requirements:
• Good generalist HR skills gained in a fast-paced commercial/finance organisation
• CIPD membership preferred
• Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with Iris Cascade, Concur, and ADP
• Previous HR experience to include payroll, health and safety, HR systems/databases, employee relations, and recruitment and selection
