Emergency Response Professionals

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team of emergency response professionals. As a member of our fire and rescue service, you will provide essential cover at 22 strategically located stations across Shropshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- To live or work within five minutes of an on-call fire station
- To be over 18 years old
- To maintain a high level of physical fitness
Training and Development:
You will undergo a comprehensive two-week initial training course, followed by regular evening sessions for 10 weeks. Ongoing training and development will also be provided throughout your career.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus excellent rates of pay for training and emergency call outs. You will also receive an annual retaining fee and support for fitness and training.
